Bacon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

  • 4oz. white balsamic vinegar

  • 2 pieces cooked bacon

  • 2 oz. honey

  • 6 oz. bacon drippings

  • 3 oz vegetable oil

  • TT salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix the vinegar, bacon, honey, salt, and pepper in a blender. With the machine running, gradually blend in the oil and bacon drippings. Blend until smooth consistence. Adjust seasoning as needed.
